Không bắc cầu nếu có từ hai ngày kẹt giữa trở lên. Nếu kẹt hai ngày không liên tục, thì sẽ nghỉ bắc cầu cả hai, và làm bù hai ngày nghỉ cuối tuần gần nhất, nhưng mỗi tuần chỉ làm bù một ngày.

- Thứ tư là không nghỉ Tết quá 9 ngày. Theo đó, năm nào vượt 9 ngày, thì cắt các ngày thừa cuối, nhưng doanh nghiệp sẽ bố trí cho người lao động nghỉ bù vào các tuần làm việc thứ bảy kế tiếp sau nghỉ Tết.
